Frozen Mint Chocolate Frappuccino
Ingredients-serves 2-4
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk, frozen into cubes
- 1 cup dairy free milk of choice
- 1 large handful fresh mint, or to taste
- 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup, or to taste
- 4 shots freshly pulled espresso
- 1 heaping spoonful MUMGRY Pistachio Chocolate Almond Butter Spread
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Recipe
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with extra mint leaves and enjoy immediately!
