Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie


  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup vegan milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp MUMGRY Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream - optional for serving


  1. Add all ingredients except the coconut cream to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 15-30 seconds.
  2. Spread more peanut butter in your serving glass and pour the coconut cream into the bottom of the glass if desired. Pour the smoothie into the serving glass and enjoy!
