Pistachio Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup dairy free milk
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup MUMGRY Pistachio Chocolate Almond Butter Spread
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Mixed berries, to serve

Recipe

  1. Mix together all ingredients except the berries until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps of seeds.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve with berries or other toppings as desired!
