Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
Pour the chocolate into a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread in an even layer. Dollop some of the chocolate peanut butter on top of the chocolate, then use a knife to swirl throughout the melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with desired amount of crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and a generous pinch of flaky sea salt.
Transfer to the freezer and let chill until firm, about 20-30 minutes.
