Vibrant Pitaya Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup coconut water, plus more as needed for consistency
  • 2 tbsp MUMGRY Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsp pitaya powder 
  • Chia seeds
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Sliced strawberries


  • Blend all ingredients except the toppings until smooth, adding another splash of coconut water as needed for a spoonable consistency.
  • Spread the smoothie in a bowl. Top with desired toppings such as chia seeds, shredded coconut, sliced strawberries, and sliced kiwi.
