Christmas Morning French Toast
- Vegan butter or coconut oil, to fry
- Sliced brioche bread
- Chocolate Pistachio Almond Butter Nog
- Vegan whipped cream, to serve
- Ground cinnamon, to serve
- Pure maple syrup, to serve
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil to the pan.
- Dredge each slice of bread in the nut nog, then fry in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Serve with vegan whipped cream, cinnamon, and pure maple syrup!
