Ingredients
- 1 packet vegan vanilla pudding mix, prepared
- ½ cup MUMGRY Smooth Peanut Butter
- 8 oz vegan whipped topping
- Vegan vanilla wafers
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Recipe
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the peanut butter and whipped topping with the prepared vanilla pudding until combined.
- Layer a scoop of the pudding mixture into a serving glass, followed by vanilla wafers, more pudding, and banana slices. Layer until the glass is filled. Repeat until you have finished all of the pudding mixture.
- Place the mini puddings into the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping, a banana slice, and crushed vanilla wafers if desired!
