Mini Peanut Butter Banana Puddings


  • 1 packet vegan vanilla pudding mix, prepared
  • ½ cup MUMGRY Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 8 oz vegan whipped topping
  • Vegan vanilla wafers
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced


  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the peanut butter and whipped topping with the prepared vanilla pudding until combined.
  2. Layer a scoop of the pudding mixture into a serving glass, followed by vanilla wafers, more pudding, and banana slices. Layer until the glass is filled. Repeat until you have finished all of the pudding mixture.
  3. Place the mini puddings into the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
  4. Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping, a banana slice, and crushed vanilla wafers if desired!
