Ingredients
- 1 cup MUMGRY Smooth Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- Pinch of salt
Recipe
- Whisk together the peanut butter and pure maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in the protein powder and coconut flour. If the dough is too thick, add a tablespoon
- at a time of dairy-free milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon of the dough and roll into a ball. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator.
