Peanut Butter Protein Balls


  • 1 cup MUMGRY Smooth Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • Pinch of salt


  • Whisk together the peanut butter and pure maple syrup until smooth.
  • Fold in the protein powder and coconut flour. If the dough is too thick, add a tablespoon
  • at a time of dairy-free milk until desired consistency is reached.
  • Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon of the dough and roll into a ball. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator.
