Thai Peanut Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp MUMGRY Smooth Peanut Butter
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp chili crisp, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp water, or more to thin the sauce
  • Sesame seeds

Recipe

  1. Blanch the green beans: Heat a large pot of water over high heat until boiling. Once boiling, add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes or until halfway tender as desired. Remove and rinse with cold water or plunge into a bowl of ice water then remove.
  2. To a medium skillet over medium heat, add the peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili crisp and stir to combine. Heat for a couple of minutes, then add the blanched green beans. Toss to combine and coat with the peanut mixture.
  3. Serve the green beans with sesame seeds on top and enjoy!
